KIRKUS REVIEW

More of the 87th Precinct's treatment of crime here follows the hunt for a more than one time offender, Pepe Miranda, whose holing up in the Porto Rican section invites a planned attack which becomes a shooting match and sparks off -- and quenches -- juvenile delinquency, not so much vicious as the ""total product"" of a big city. The social documentary keeps pace with the problems of the men -- you know them by now -- of the 87th. Tough stuff but understanding.
