KIRKUS REVIEW

Peter Holgate, private investigator, and his wife, bushed by a blizzard, find dubious refuge at complicated Christmas house party, where family feuds and hatreds resolve in murder. Motives by their very quantity prove the stumbling block, but Peter, sided by his wife, makes the grade to a solution. Rinehart derivative.
