Suzie is left in the care of Miss Mugs when her parents go away. Miss Mugs is an ideal sitter, but for her tendency to say, ""hurry, hurry,"" and mean it. When her haste causes a series of accidents, the frantic Miss Mugs finds herself cemented to the sidewalk. ""Hurry,"" she implores the men who are trying to extricate her. How Suzy cures the impatient lady of her vice makes up the conclusion of this humorous elaboration of the proverb that haste makes waste.
