KIRKUS REVIEW

For that man who is going to pot, an entertaining regimen which includes some general information on the likeliest disturbances and diseases to be faced (heart, ulcers, tension, etc.); on sex in the middle years; on obesity- along with five diets according to your likes and means; on insomnia; on exercise; on relaxation- which is mainly sports, with some old pros (Tommy Armour) coaching from the sidelines. There's an interesting piece by Arthur Schlesinger on ""what has unmanned the American man""; there's occasional humor; and there are some notable names (Hemingway, Fitzgerald, etc.) contributing among many... A middle aged, upper middle bracket market would seem sure, a gift book possibility.
