KIRKUS REVIEW

This should prove grand merchandise and a book for constant sale. At last, in a single volume, the most comprehensive book on our eastern birds, illustrated with superb color plates, 92 of them, by Louis Agassiz Fuertes and Major Allan Brooks. The text gives the life history of every bird found in the eastern half of our country, with size, range, color, song, marks of identification. Good reading as well.
