New York's greatest mayor--just ask him--teams up for a third outing with Staub (Murder on 34th Street, 1997, etc.), this time thrusting his fictional alter ego into a Swiss/Nazi gold scandal that threatens the life of his old friend Sen. Arisen Hubbard--a nice enough guy, but not a patch on Koch in the charisma department.
