GETTING TO KNOW THE BIBLE

Dr. Blair, professor of New Testament interpretation at Garrett Biblical Institute, Evanston, Illinois, has written a ""how to do it"" book greatly needed by Bible study groups and leadership training courses as well as the general reader. It is a book of practical procedures on how to get the most out of what is in the Bible, how to read each book, how to understand the full meaning of outstanding passages, how to use such aids as a Concordance and a Bible dictionary. There is a list of the more important Biblical books in the order in which they should be read, and a bibliography of other aids that are available. A most useful tool for anyone who would read the Bible seriously for profit and enjoyment.
