HARMONY IN FLOWER DESIGN

The beauty and harmony in flower arrangements rather than prize material is the theme of this book. Brief descriptive comments explain the 48 stunning plates, which illustrate the possibilities of vegetable treatments from skunk cabbage to peppers, as well as flowers. Tips on the cutting and care of blossoms, plus a description of the technical methods used in making the illustrations are mildly interesting. There's a touch of the sentimental throughout.
