KIRKUS REVIEW

Three ex-Army pilots become helicopter pilots and find the new craft worthy of perfoming feats of daring and courage. The three young men have adventures in many parts of the world. An airplane party rescue, a scientist's trip over a volcano are only part of the excitement. The author is an authority on helicopters and gives authentic material on them. An introduction by Igor Sikorsky and illustrations by E. B. Kemble. Of definite interest to air-minded young men, it is too bad that the story doesn't quite come up to the material.
