KIRKUS REVIEW

He has a gift for limning ""narsty"" characters, this Greenwood chap. Here's another lady murderess, whose innocent air hides a lack of morals and whose fear of Hall is her Achilles' heel. But for an indecently repulsive person, meet Aunt Permainel. We didn't like this as well as The Deadly Dowager -- but maybe that is personal prejudice.
