KIRKUS REVIEW

The Fishing River in the Kinnikinnick in Wisconsin where two boys learn all about trout fishing from their grandfather. The emphasis here is on presenting information young fishermen can readily absorb. The rules of trout fishing, the various methods used to catch this elusive fish, the equipment clothing necessary and the recommended bait are discussed within a thin storyline. Recommended for a defined audience.
