THE BIRTHDAY

David Casswell, on the brink of his 21st birthday which will give him control of a large family fortune, finds that it may be his last when he realizes that the man who is going to marry his mother is trying to kill him. Surviving three successive attempts, he is able to make the last desperate manoeuvre ricochet against the killer. Not her original best, this is extreme but still provides some touch and go tension.
