TREASURES THREE by Eleanore Hubbard Wilson

TREASURES THREE

By

Pub Date: Aug. 6th, 1941
Publisher: Dutton

When Melissa and her brother Randy were transplanted from their lazy Louisiana childhood to live with Aunt Lucy and cross Uncle James, they clung to the only things they had left of their mother and father. It was these three treasures that eventually saved Aunt Lucy's sight and provided for Randy's medical education, but they still kept the memory of them and of their family motto. Rose-tinted glasses everywhere, but the situations and the children are entertaining, and the struggle for adjustment in the new environment is well-done.
