HIGH HEELS IN RED SQUARE

Her contemporaries in this country will be fascinated by Mile. Jacquet's informal picture of Russia, unpretentious and valuable in its presentation of examples of the young Russian student and working class elite. As a student at Moscow University, she became very much a part of the city's young intellectual set and was given opportunity to travel widely. Not the least interesting facet of this book is the light it throws on an attractive example of the young French intellectual.
