OLLA PODRIDA

A fascinating cookbook dealing with dishes of Spanish origin. Falls into three sections, -- Spanish dishes, Mexican dishes, South American dishes. Then there are subdivisions which make it possible to include West Indian dishes under South America, New Orleans dishes of Creole origin, and so on. Brief notes before various sections, indicate manners and customs, how to serve, what goes with what, and so on. Not enough space given to menus, but the dishes themselves suggest all sorts of combinations. Should get a plus sale if called to attention of people to whom you have sold travel books dealing with our Latin neighbors.
