REGINALD BIRCH -- HIS BOOK

An excellent and representative selection from the tremendous variety of stories, books and poems illustrated by Birch during more than fifty years. Interesting to adults because of reviving old memories, and bringing back stories half forgotten. Interesting to children because of the quality of the material itself as well as the delightful Birch illustrations. The collection covers a wide range of authors, from old standbyes such as Charles Carryl, Frances Hodgson Burnett, W. S. Gilbert, Tudor Jenks, Frank Stockton, to people as modern as Ogden Nash. Good Value.
