Personality puzzlement rather than speed or suspense this time for the murder of an expatriate sister, newly arrived to painfully proper Mrs. Herriott. Reluctantly she disclaims her identity, allows her niece to impersonate the dead woman, her young chauffeur to move her away, on the dead sister's money, and eluding both police and a digolo-styled youth, finds herself hopelessly entangled in her efforts to avoid notoriety. Odd and a little unreal.
