HEIGH- HO FOR HALLOWEEN

One would hardly think a whole book could be built around Halloween material- or that the need was there for such a book. But here it is- and there's no feeling of padding. An introductory section tells the factual background and- something of the traditions and history. The bulk of the book is taken up with stories, poems, plays -- appropriate to Hallowsen. Then follow two sections on games and parties- check this for your Non-Fiction party book section. A final brief chapter deals with the movement taking place in various communities, to lessen the nuisance in Halloween pranks by making it a community evening.
