TREASURES OF THE MEDRANOS

A Robin Hood theme in the early days of Santa Barbara moves swiftly in the story of Felisa Medrano and the dreadful mistake she made by telling a passing stranger of the family treasure, heirlooms bequeathed by Queen Isabella, and of her fears of the preying bandit, Don Carlos. Fortunately on the long journey to attend sister Isabella's wedding, a beautiful doll in an elegant chest decoys the bandits into leaving the treasure.
