That case of galloping simpleminded foolishness has stricken yet another witch. This time it's a sort of doddering lack of memory coupled with complete disorder. Witch Eba has forgotten, among other things, how to fly. Her friend Jenny--a little girl--and several fusty relatives and neighbors go through a romp in a morass of monkey-business and retrieve the missing flying spell just in the nick of time. The amusing pen and ink decorations by Dorothy Maas are about all this book has going for it.
