Reminiscent of Bab, Sub Deb with some of the philosophy of Men Are Like Street Care, though much less startling. Fifteen year old June tells the story of her search for a second wife for her widowed father. Occasionally out of character, but on the whole quietly amusing, with a bit of sentiment, and a likable picture of June and her New England town. A good choice for the conservatives.
