A MYSTERY FOR MEG

Meg's new friends, the Greenslaws, who were camping on a neighboring island, suggested that the room was filled with stolen goods. The Greenslaws were even watching Pigeon Island through their binoculars; why their concern? One night the mystery is solved with the help of Repulsive the cat, Crow, Meg's pet, and Meg. How credible the solution is -- with the capture of a gang of thieves and the restoration of the island to its rightful owners- will bother young readers not at all. Good adventure full of pleasant details of Maine island life.
