KIRKUS REVIEW

This word-free jaunt of a cat and her kittens into the exciting garden world makes a pleasant picture book for Kindergarteners. The page-turner follows Cat and kittens as they confront a mouse, a bird and a Dog in a miniature jungle, and finally return home, tired, and ready for the quiet of night-time. Although some of the illustrations are busy, not artistically placed, many have a simplicity-- constituting an obvious explanation-- which should satisfy the young one, who will readily comprehend the events.
