An analysis of the average men -- left wing, right wing, and centers -- that make up the public in the United States, England, Germany, France, Italy -- and the potential power they wield for good or evil. Not exactly a tribute to the application of the average intelligence to the problems of government and race problems -- but none the less encouraging in the feeling that control is there -- and if things matter enough, it will be exercised. Can't see the market for this book. Theoretical in broad strokes -- allegorical in method.
