KIRKUS REVIEW

This has been a long time in the making, and will probably achieve the popularity of other Fishbein productions. His nationwide distribution of his column of medical advice penetrates areas where access to more up-to-the-minute advice is difficult. This- for the layman- will supply the definition of terms used in public parlance- and many not so familiar. There are fairly long articles on many medical topics which somehow don't seem to warrant the space accorded them, while other topics are given fairly short shrift. In scientific circles, there may be some quarrel with content- but this is probably not intended for the scientist.
