THE MAN WHO DREW CATS

The doings of Mr. Alexander Phip, though preciously styled by the author and her artist husband, Saul Lambert, make a point -- that good things result when people do what they most want and are best suited for. Mr. Phip's passion is to draw cats, any where, everywhere and for whatever purpose and, silly as the occupation seems, it makes changes for the better in the lives of some neighbors. But the story and modernlatle blue and yellow pictures are too far fetched to strike a real note of humor.
