THE JESUIT IN FOCUS

A delightfully informative history and study of the society of the Jesuits, a society which has been enshrouded in mystery in the minds of most Protestants and many Catholics. Four hundred years ago Loyola founded the Society and since that time the word Jesuit has been synonymous with consecration and culture, both intellectual and spiritual. Father Daly shows how they have withstood criticism and persecution and misunderstanding, how they have never failed to perpetuate the ideals of the Society through prayer and study. Every Romanist will enjoy this book and it should be read with profit by others.
