KIRKUS REVIEW

Nonsense verse, which is more apt to go over if used with children by adults, than if read -- at least at the start --alone. The rhythms are contagious and pattern such that children can take it up and continue it, once they get the idea. Nonsense verse with bright colored illustrations, as cockeyed as the jingles. Board covers.
