THE GARDENER'S ENGLAND

This is a completely charming picture of England's gardener. That gifted gentleman who, possessed of a ""growing hand"", is so ably assisted by the English climate as to form an unbeatable team. The only drawback to the book, to my mind is the fact that it is not illustrated. However, the mind's eye and a bit of imagination should make up for that. Sell to the customers who have been collecting Scribner's English Countryside Series -- those delightful pictures and this enchanting text will tie up perfectly.
