THE CASE OF THE ICE-COLD HANDS

Another Perry Mason and Della Street title- with some new angles -- but with the same techniques and procedures and the same predictable elements of success. The use of a winning last hope on the race track- or the use of dry ice to change the time element for a corpse, these are new, but not used to full advantage. In fact, the end impression here is of considerable smoothness in development-and lots of loose ends.
