A WOMAN AT THIRTY by Ernest Pascal

A WOMAN AT THIRTY

By

Pub Date: Sept. 6th, 1934
Publisher: Harcourt, Brace

A book that has more popular appeal than Pascal's earlier novels -- definitely a book for women. The theme is that of success in business versus success in living. The background is pre-depression in the advertising world. Fay Templeton has won success -- has she sacrificed personal life and love for an empty career? She tries to solve the problem by involving herself in her sister's tragedy, and disrupts her own life a second time in the process. A story for the modern woman, not for the conservative older reader.
