THE GRAND VENTURE

All a-flutter about fashions and boys, seventeen-year-old Ginnie lives her two dimensional world among clothes racks, business women and-- now and then-- boys. Ambitious Ginnie makes a big mistake at work, but recovers lost ground by dreaming up a great promotion idea for the store. Two beaus hover-- but in the end Ginnie makes a choice, the prudent one. Low on everything except a glimpse of the buyer's world, Ginnie's ""grand venture"" is only a petite diversion for the reader.
