FLOWERS AND TABLE ARRANGEMENT

A brand new book by a painter and gardener with a long experience in flower shows. The book is arranged in sections. Flower arrangements with very clear concise text -- the whys and wherefores, do's and dont's, boiled down to a minimum. A list of Wild Flowers that should not be picked will endear it to the hearts of the conservationist, then a section on table treatment and one on special arrangements for Thanksgiving. While the price is fairly high the Garden Clubs will undoubtedly back it due to Mrs. Murphy's prominence in their ranks, especially through the middle west, where her lectures and Grosse Pointe (Michigan) home have made her famous.
