JEFF AND MR. JAMES POND

Jeff and his grownup friend Mr. James display their ingenuity when their sparkling blue pond is suddenly covered with an unsightly green film. A chain reaction is set in motion as water are imported to do away with film, minnows to digest the fleas and bluegill to le the minnows. The whole effort becomes a community project topped off with a gale fish fry. Not limited to any one region, this is a book which depicts the logical balance of nature in fictional terms youngsters will readily grasp.
