KATE FARLEY, PIONEER

This is more of a short story than a book -- a short story without plot or definite structure. A ten year old girl rides her pony beside her father's wagon, from Iowa to California. There she goes to school, marries, and has seven children of her own. Since none of the incidents are actually related this is an expository outline rather than a novel to hold the interest of young people.
