ARE YOU SQUARE? by Ethel & Leonard Kessler

ARE YOU SQUARE?

By

Pub Date: Aug. 5th, 1966

The title question doesn't seem to be asked in the slang sense. But then it's difficult to tell what the point of the book is--it's not geometrically instructive, as other books about shapes have attempted to be. In fact you're likely to be befuddled about any sort of shape when you finish. The text poses a series of off-the-cuff, sometimes nonsense questions about whether objects are round, square... or not, and the illustrations are combinations of circles, squares and just plain lumps. A plea for formlessness perhaps, the book can be classified under confusion.
