CRAFTS FOR FUN

This book is being reported also in the juvenile section, and recommended highly for use by teachers and parents. For adults, either craving some creative outlet for their faculties, or convalescent or invalided, this is an excellent single book coverage of most of the basic crafts -- leather work, weaving, stenciling, book binding, metal work, etc., etc. Elementary principles of design, tools, materials and methods, skillfully presented. Bibliographies for further study follow each section, and an appendix gives lists of places for securing materials. Author is art supervisor, in California.
