KIRKUS REVIEW

There's nothing unusual about this at all, except that it's written by a ""Christian counselor"" and the words ""in marriage"" are included in the title. Otherwise, it's the same basic-primer information, sanely related and factually presented, that one might find virtually anywhere else these days. There's the pro-forma chapter on Pleasuring and Lovemaking Techniques and the now-familiar chapters on problem sex and dysfunction (including lack of interest in sex and anorgasmia for women, premature ejaculation and impotence for men). There is, however, one rather unusual chapter on consentual adultery, in which the author quietly points out that 49 percent of swinging husbands and 34 percent of wives had been divorced and remarried. The chief reason for the breakup of the prior marriages was swinging, says the author. Some people never learn.
