HOTEL HOSTESS

Stereotyped Baldwin, and not in her upper brackets. Story of a wholesome, pretty and decorous girl who takes a job as hostess in a resort hotel, and plays a part in many lives. She is herself in love with the local doctor, and discovers, in time, that the hotel proprietor's young daughter, on the rebound after discovering that the doctor loves Judith, is about to elope with another man. From this Judith saves her. A patterned story, lacking the sparkle that usually raises Miss Baldwin's stories above mediocrity.
