Linda, too nice for her own good, has a hard time recuperating from Rix, childhood friend and flance, who jilts her for her best friend. A job in New York, Tony-who gets involved with the wrong girl for him, further run-ins with Rix who is playing the field, all give Linda lots of further upsets until she finds herself well over Rix and ready for Tony. Neat.
