KIRKUS REVIEW

Tripier than usual from F.H.L. A stormy little story, very shallow rapids. A triangle tale, in which Elly, having turbulently loved wild black Irish Larry, finds happiness with a young nurseryman, after Larry is sent to a reformatory. Then Larry returns -- invades her petunia peace for a day of violence -- and she finds him out.
