THE FOUR PUPPIES WHO WANTED A HOME; WHO DOES BABY LOOK LIKE; THE HUNGRY LITTLE BUNNY

For very young children -- kindergarten and pre-kindergarten -- these bright little books should carry appeal. The tale of puppies who find the homes they want most is charmingly pictured in sharp colors and broad lines. Miss Rowand's illustrations for a jolly bit of nonsense about guessing who the new baby looks like are gaily absurd. The moral of the bunny tale is that home lettuce and carrots, in spite of the temptation of delicacies abroad, taste best of all. Big full-color pictures of the various farm and wild animals who offer to share their breakfasts with bunny.
