FAVORITE FAIRY TALES

I don't know who should get credit for the skillful editing job done in the abridgment of these favorite fairy tales to one page length, but to that editing goes substantial credit for an excellent addition to the Big Golden Books. The Rojankovsky pictures are gorgeous, and spread over a page and a half, with every column of text. The contents are almost guessable,- Snow White, Rapunzel, The Hare and the Hedgehog, Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood, The Sleeping Beauty, The Gingerbread Man , Puss in Boots, Jack and the Beanstalk, Tom Thumb, The Three Bears, Three Little Pigs. Libraries will welcome the better backbone reenforcement for longer life.
