Wordlessly as always, a small boy chases his black cat along the waterfront and into a packing case--which of course is immediately loaded onto a ship, causing all sorts of commotion before boy and cat are delivered home by a deckhand. There's much to occupy the eye and catch the breath, with the cat dashing off in front of a truck or (spilling ink) over the ship captain's charts; but it's beginning to seem mechanical--especially compared to Krahn's far wittier early contributions to the genre.
