Probably good from factual and instructive angle, but the straightforward how-to-do book should, to my way of thinking, be written in the simplest terms possible, and this is dressed up with circumlocutions and stilted vocabulary. Thorough-going analysis of various strokes in swimming (with something of their historical import), of diving, and of form generally. Profusely illustrated with instructive photographs. Should be useful for camps, etc.
