The strange ways of the white man seen through the eyes of a Navajo boy during his first months in a mission school. The story is told sympathetically and with humor, and while there have been a number of stories of the Indians' adjustment to the white world there seems a definite place for this excellent addition to the collection of stories of the American Indian of today.
