LOUIS OF NEW ORLEANS

Little Louis felt unhappy and ill at case with his new-found grandfather when he went to live with him in New Orleans. He did not understand his Creole expressions. He did not know what to make of New Orleans' customs. Then came Mardi , and behind the econymily of masks, the old man and the small boy found common ground. An original way to introduce a good deal of the spirit of New Orleans, and Leonard deisgard, in gay, postery pictures, strikes a modern gala note.
