AMERICAN ARBITRATION by Frances Kellor

AMERICAN ARBITRATION

Information- but no inspiration, in this pedestrian story of the American Arbitration Association, its origins, its techniques, its achievements in the growing field of arbitration. It tells of the outstanding leaders in business, law and politics, who have contributed to the great achievements of arbitration,- some 15,000 men comprise the panels the country over. It gives the basic rules by which arbitration functions, and the philosophy behind it. It is a book which should interest those immediately concerned, and the authority of the author, first vice-president of the American Arbitration Association, is unquestioned. But- even for those interested in the subject matter, the book is dull reading.
