SHE STRIVES TO CONQUER

The best job book for the modern girl which I have found. Not, however, a book to take the place of such volumes as Careers for Women, since this is not job analysis, but sound advice as to the etiquette of business, clothes, poise, manners, make-up, good form, human relationships, attitude to the job, and so on. How to approach the idea of a job. Self analysis. Studying the job before applying. The sections on types of work open to women are suggestive but brief. This should be required reading for every outgoing student who wants a career. Excellent for teachers and anyone interested in personnel work, Important for public libraries.
