KIRKUS REVIEW

Tricky tale of double dealing and death as Carole Lauzanne, fearing trouble for her rich father when his twin brother is released from prison, persuades Cass Benta to fly her west to survey the situation. Suspecting that her father has been murdered and is now impersonated by his brother, a theft, attempted killing, and murder add to her apprehension. Carole and Cass interfere, investigate, and at the end get told off in a reverse solution. O.K.
